34th Old Edwardians TWO BOWL TRIPS TOURNAMENT
Further to our original proposal of five days for play, we now propose a shorter three-day programme at a reduced price of R350 per person, which includes early morning coffee and rusk, mid morning tea and a light lunch.
The format of play would be two games of 12 ends each with one game of 12 ends on the third morning followed by the finals after morning tea.
Play will start on 21 April and continue for the next two consecutive Saturdays.
|The prize money will be as follows :|
|First Prize||R4 500|
|Second Prize||R3 000|
|Third Prize||R1 500|
Teams who have often played in this tournament would be travelling to the Nationals and we hope that this will provide lots of good practice.
We need a full field of 24 teams to make the tournament viable so we would appreciate an early indication if you will be taking part. Unfortunately, if we are unable to fill the field, we will have to cancel for 2018 and look forward to seeing you in 2019.
Please confirm your entry as soon as possible , preferable by e-mail.
