Athletics future bright … look out for these future stars

Some incredible performances in track and field from a few King Edwards boys, at the biggest schools athletics competition in South Africa, NWU Schools Top 30 Athletics meeting, held on 19/20 October. These boys also represent the Society.
U14 – Ross Theron
800m in 2m12.17s – 3rd place
1500m in 4m49.37s

U15 – Lythe Pillay
200m in 21.33s – 1st place
400m in 47.26s – 1st place and new record
member of the 4 x 400m medley relay team that was placed first
awarded best boys track athlete

U17 – Nathanael De Swardt
High Jump at 2m05cm – 1st place

U17 – David Seete
200m in 21.87s – 2nd place
400m in 48.33s – 1st place
